Prospective authors are invited to submit papers using the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit, the CMT submission link will be coming shortly.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

- -Conference language is English, no exceptions.
- -Papers accepted only in PDF format, unlocked.
- -Number of pages per paper is 4 to 6.
