The conference will be held as a hybrid conference allowing registrants the choice to participate virtually "online" or in-person "live" See: presentation mode
The Registration DEADLINE is: August 25th, 2025
for your paper(s) to be presented & eligible for submission to Springer publication.
The payment of registration fees can be made with the current Exchange Rates of other currency (in Dirham for Moroccan authors)

Author registration includes: Attendance to all scientific events for three days, paper presentation, publication of the proceedings, Name badge and conference materials, certificate of attendance and presentation, lunches, and coffee breaks.
Non-author registration includes: Attendance to all scientific events for three days, name badge and conference materials, certificate of attendance, lunches, and coffee breaks.
TERMS AND POLICIES
- All conference participants must be registered;
- Only registered authors can participate in conferences and present their papers;
- If the registered author is absent, another co-author in his/her status can replace it;
- It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register and present so that it can
be published in the Proceedings and included in the Technical Program;
- Students must provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card sent or a copy of
their Certificate from the Head of the College or University with the registration form.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS
- Authors with more than one accepted paper must pay only an "Extra Paper/Publication Charge" of
50 € for each extra paper.
- Above 8 pages in the given Springer Format, there will be extra page charges of 20 € for each one
page.
- Ticket for the gala dinner can be purchased at 30 €.
PRESENTATION MODES
In case of hesitation by some authors/speakers to travel during Year 2025 (due to Coronavirus/COVID-19 or other pandemics), the MSCC Organizing Committee has developed the following policy in regards to presentation modes:
If an author of an accepted paper registers for the conference but for some reason he/she is unable to physically attend the conference: The paper of the registered author would still be published, and arrangements would be made for the published proceedings to be made available to the author after the conference. Therefore, the non-attendance by the author would not negatively impact the publication of his/her paper.
Registered authors are requested to select one of the presentation options:
- Presenting the paper on site (face-to-face) at the conference
- Presenting the paper remotely (interactive)
